Exactly, everything is being outsourced to India and the Indian managers here in the United States are only hiring Indian employees. I've been monitoring this and unfortunately have proof.
Banking sector has to unionize otherwise US bank will continue to take advantage of its hard working employees and also hiring practices.
US Bank has all types of issues with its hiring.
They don't have to...Andy and others are just outsourcing all of the jobs to India.
