Any word on restructuring or realignment of stores, field mgrs etc. rumors of it hitting end of 1st qtr. any details leaked

RDs go under NDA next week. Minimal details around what the realignment will actually be in March / April
Another round of layoffs and closures happening next month; those affected will be notified end of this month! CVS has not been a place for employees to feel secure; they let anyone go just to pay leadership more of their 6 figure incomes! They want to “save” money and “cut cost”, how about get rid of the cr-ppy leadership teams; half of them have no importance anyways!
What's the realignment supposed to be that may be pushed out to 2nd quarter 2024 or 2025? Target and core mixed back up again and fs and rx seperated again still?
There will be big changes starting in 1Q 2024
I’ve heard they may be pushing the realignment to 2025 first quarter depending on how other stuff rolls out. “Other stuff” being air support, the pharmacy voicemail program, and something else I haven’t nailed down.
Original plan got moved to second quarter. Fine when there was concern during the walk outs. Actual details.....nothing. NDA's have not been given to dl's or rl's yet so probably nothing in the first quarter
