Changes after the new year

Apparently there are a lot of changes coming after the new year. Not just restructuring but new policies and rules being put in place. We were told that it is pretty much going to make most everyone upset. I guess the razor wire, cages and cold slop meals for everyone will just make the prison feel complete now.
Say your i love yous to your family NOV is gonna own your life after the new year i guess.

NOV is going to own your life in 2024? I do the work of 5 job titles. They've owned my lfe for 20yrs. You must be a work from home employee lol. If it floats or sinks doesnt matter to me i did my part for this company.

You mean NOV will actually have written policies instead of "Managers/directors/VPs Discretion?"
Depending on how far employee has his nose up bosses a$$ or yes man is how much they can get away with. Not a yes man or kiss a$$er, rules applied more strict.

I can confirm that one of the new rules is that you can only charge the Segway using solar to keep the power bill down.

Also RedM thermos flasks will be issued to all upper tier management to bring coffee from home.

Walmart has provisionally agreed to supply damaged and past best food items for the lower tier employees to fight over in the parking lot. They're planning to sell it like a pizza party but with more variety.

And you will still be grossly underpaid based on what people that have left NOV are making.
