Just wondering if I could get a lower score in the What category if I’m not coming in three days a week.

I heard that managers have until January 12th to hold reviews with their teams.
Every time I ask my manager what the penalty is if a person does not go in 3 days a week, I am told that HR has not communicated any consequences yet.
Also there are so many people not going back into the office, because they have FMLA papers on file or some medical issue.
It seems so unorganized, just like the layoff process.
It is in the manager comms for YE to take working designation policy into account.
Nope, not in our org anyway.
Half the SMT aren't coming in 3 days a week so not sure how they expect us to.
Also it only started to be monitored in August and the process is unreliable and not a proper Time & Attendance System.
We are a sh---y bank that only makes money when central banks print money.
Time for us to find a real job that add value to society.
does this effect Indians?
Based on the layoffs I have been seeing, more folks that are in office all week are getting fired than hybrid or remote. So no, it hasn’t seemed to matter so far

As a manager, I would like to inform you that a few of us have not had the opportunity to address this matter. I've informed my team that I will soon be organizing discussions on the subject. Although I cannot speak for your team's situation, I can confirm that my team hasn't established a specific plan or target at this point. I am aware that directives may be provided later, but the key point is that some of us are still in the dark about it."
Last year, it was mentioned that was on compliance with the hybrid system.
I heard not going in will affect your rating and managers/HR tracking office days.
Some people had their performance reviews already. And some performance reviews are scheduled within thr first week of January
Wondering if manager has not scheduled your performance review yet. Is this because you have been selected for the January cuts list?
If we could review/Rate Citi, Citi would Rate a 10. The higher the number, the worse the Rating/Grade according to Citi's Rating system; 1 is obviously exemplary. JPMorgan Chase and Goldman are 1's.
If we could review Citigroup how would you rate them?

Yes. It was asked that anyone like this should get a 4 in the Client/Franchise goal.
