So are they trying to implement the 15 min cities? Sounds like they are pushing NWO agendas with these hubs and want people to relocate people to these dangerous large cities. On their faces these demons shall fall.

Bank of America also implemented hub locations. Will only hire in those locations (Charlotte, Arizona, Atlanta to name a few) and all employees must work 3 days in office. Basically hub locations are employer friendly (not employees friendly). Banks support CRE loans that are expected to go belly up next year. It’s tough to set a role model for other companies when you own employees do not show up in offices. US bank hired an executive this year to implement hub location strategy next year. Think of this as a way to do house cleaning of remote employees without paying severance. It’s a slow and methodical way to get rid of employees in expensive locations like California and New York. May take few years to be fully implemented.

What if you're more than 50 miles from a Hub and work full time remote? Will you be able to maintain your position in this case as well?

An Hub location is a designated Headquarters location, meaning a physical location where corporate employees are expected to work. This is not a concept has officially used, but you could consider Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Portland, St Louis, and Charlotte.

Wells Fargo is attempting to implement this with 10 Hubs across the country. If you are working more than 40 miles from a hub, your position will be a maintain meaning you can continue in that position, but to change positions you have to move to a hub. Remote workers less than 40 miles from a hub need to report to the office 3 days a week. Remote work will only be continued if a legitimate medical accommodations is noted.

My Micro Market has had a Hub Manager for years.

He is just someone we call to help us when we’re short staffed.

This is pure speculative in the mind of the original poster.

There are no "hubs" or essentially remote co-working spaces being setup - there is too much empty real estate going to waste, and it's going to be RTO or RIF

Just because it’s a “Wells Fargo thing” you don’t think USB is going through the process of formally declaring which locations are HUB locations? Please think critically, times are changing. 2024 is gong to be full of surprises.

That’s not a term that is used at US Bank. It’s a Wells Fargo thing.

I think it is a made up word. HUB locations. I googled it and got nothing. I put it in U.S. Bank search and got nothing. Is he talking about airport hubs? Maybe Minneapolis. The Charlotte airport. Now with Union LAX and the San Francisco airport. Maybe Cincinnati Kentucky airport since we have some big locations around there.
