Seems like some are being deleted, why?

It does seem that posts are disappearing. I just looked the post from a couple of weeks ago about the new MBPP plant manager (being incompetent) and I cannot find it.
Disappearing topics are garbage topics such as complaining about toilet paper, toilet cleaning time and other sh1t related items, and ... some conspiracy, racist comments.
So nothing to miss there.
@1juk Nobody cares about your whacked-out conspiracies and grievances, and nobody comes here to read about them.
Anything that offends the site admins politics is deleted.
Definitely when you speak the truth about XTO workers
Just if you talk about Permian!
- It was CCCP, not “CCP”.
- This site has nothing to do with any government.
- This is not a forum to address your personal cultural grievances. The main purpose of the forum is to exchange (ideally) useful information regarding employment at Exxon.
The internet abounds with forums for older men to complain about modern society. Pick one and go do it there. Enjoy your holiday.
Can't handle the truth....
You can't offend the CCP, including it's local branch known as the fed gov't.
Mods delete posts, sometimes ban users. Full list of rules is in the page bottom. This copy-paste from an old thread on this topic covers the most of it:.
Avoid using names or too much identifiable info of someone who isn’t a public figure already (like naming your manager, or posting his title+location) - doxxing people and posting PII isn’t allowed. Ok to name c-suits.
Also, avoid personal insults and excessive cursing, that also gets deleted.
Mods also nuke offtopics (politics, religion, racial/ethnic rants).
That’s it.
The site admins do delete posts. Usually if comments break the rules.
