The leadership in the Ivory Tower do not care about you, they don't value you, they don't respect you, heck they don't even like you.
They are liars, conmen/conwomen, abusive, neglectful, cheating corporate swindlers. They reap more and more money off of our underpaid backs. Standing with all their weight on our necks so their personal stock and bank accounts can have a few more dollars piled in.
The BTE of the past was just imaginary brass rings and filled with false promises when dished out with subpar compensation and raises with fake and false praises. Now the new performance structure is totally designed to sc--w you outright. To further devalue you as hard working, high performing employees. Because giving you fair and just merit raises cost them personally.
It's time to tell Wilson, Rizzo, Suran, and the rest of these sl--e ball sociopaths that we are done playing their games. We will do what equals their pay, merit, and commitment that they show to us, which is laughable at best. You reap what you sow. And it is time for us to give them what they deserve.
We the employees run this show. We are the backbone, we are the blood, sweat, and tears of this company. And we will call the shots through our choice of what you get. You break and we win, you lay us off with severance and unemployment we win. You lose. It is a new game Allstate. And we are going to change the rules.
