Why don’t we all start posting anonymously on glass door to review Nike? Make it public the issues within the company including awful leadership, terrible budget management, the schemes, etc. This way it’s public and maybe they’ll actually take action on it. Because then it’s from reviews rather than anonymous job boards.
Especially anyone who was laid off already! You’re not at risk for getting laid off again.
A former +20 year colleague once said to me - another +20 year employee - if Nike ever lives the values they profess, it’ll be a great place to work. Good stuff.
It’s a company that sells footwear and apparel. Nothing more. Nothing less. They aren’t serving humanity. Sorry this comes as news to some.

I know for a fact, that it came out that Glassdoor operates like Yelp and companies can pay to have negative reviews removed or a bunch of this place is amazing reviews will magically appear So for every bad review we give they go and bury it with their own. Now is Nike doing this IDK, but I would not put it past them. Talent Acquisition has said themselves they don't have anything to do cause they can't hire right now ;)

You will find that Glassdoor is worse that this site regarding the removal of bad reviews. But it doesn't hurt to try.
