What does everyone think the odds are that we get our mid-year bonus??

Zero. I’ll be happy if we can get the full year one.
Here’s how I’d expect it to shake out:
ELT = 150% (plus performance multiplier)
VPs = 100%
Directors = 80%
Managers = 50%
ICs = 10%
Slim/none
My odds:
75% chance of half bonus, 25% chance of full bonus.
0 chance of no bonus.
Q2 numbers will be fine against the “new” plan reset at the end of Q1. Problem is that bonuses are awarded based on the “old” plan coming into the year.
Only thing they will do is improve dividend by 1 cent to keep shareholders happy and sc--w the employees with NO bonuses.
Zero if the numbers are as bad as rumored. Let's hope they are better.
