When will they share comp decisions?

Jan 26 managers will be permissioned to share numbers.... maybe 25th if your manager jumps the g-n a bit.
(24 is plain wrong -- at least not in '24)
Have heard through multiple avenues including my manager and his manager. Comps are to be approved the 24th, then afterwards, you should hear from your manager.

Excuse me employee survey is in May but the "great place to work" activities start in March

It always blows my mind that they have this comp discussion with a miniscule increase RIGHT before the employee engagement survey releases in March

Once you meet your individual contributor goal, no more production
It varies by how deep in the org you are/how large your department is as to how long it takes to trickle to you. Usually they tell senior managers Jan 25-26 that it's ok to begin cascading.
then, they are given some deadline, like Feb 15, to complete the conversations.

first comes your YE conversations (~ JAN-20) and your manager says blah blah blah you didn't make much contributions this year so M/M
next comes comp decisions (~ 2nd week of Feb) and your manager says blah blah blah unfortunately we can only offer you 0.000003% hike this year with no bonus and 20 RSU's
......finally those who got frustrated they jump the boat getting the RSU vested money (~ 3rd week of March)
