I wanted to wait a little bit longer before starting my search this year, but a job with a supplier came by. I know the position will not wait for me, so I applied to it. Now just waiting to see what happens, but it seems that sooner or later, I'll be gone.
BTW, they pay 20K-40K more than my current salary at Ford. It is a hard sell LOL. Wish me luck...
