Investigate the many complaints of 'X'
Stop 'x' from harassing everyone
Layoff the ones not doing anything
Promote and keep happy the ones that are productive

Your employees are unhappy. Your former employees are coming on here still mad about how you treated them.

I wonder how long it will take for them to get this post taken off? I assume faster than they are taking to action on this layoff. Asswats. This company is far from where it was when I joined 12 years ago.

Pepperidge farms remembers when CEO pay compensation to regular employees was under 100:1.

Executive compensation and executive management are the problem. Not the rank and file. Loot the company, ki-l morale, blame the employees. But we asked for this right?

I remember when bad employees were fired but now, not a chance! Has to be a reorg and severance so they sign away to protect the business. This mentality is crushing companies everywhere!
