As long as you're serving out your notice through 9/30, you're in the bonus workbooks... That doesn't guarantee you anything but you're still "eligible".
Those that were laid off but eligible will likely get no phone call, you'll just have to log into the limited Workday and find out manually on 1/31.
So if laid off after 9/30 and boss cannot communicate the bonus, will there be one paid?
@1gov+1qCs8Byv Incorrect. There is no correlation between Bonus Eligibility and Exempt/Non-Exempt status. It is all about Job classification. I am a P3, non-exempt (hourly) and bonus eligible (have received one every year I’ve been employed).
Figures being released late 1/24.
Staff notified beginning 1/25.
Bonuses have to be approved by the board. The Board is scheduled to meet 1/19. Until then, nothing can be said
No, hourly generally do not get bonuses as they are paid overtime. Those who get bonuses aren’t paid for overtime.
Haha, good one. Like the search feature ever works on a team works site. 😂
If only we had a website like HR Support and Services, where one could enter a keyword or phrase and find results.
they will get an email around 24th when it's ok however usually a few hours before the comp statements will become available to print out
Bonus amount info released late 1/24, not a minute sooner.
Mgrs can share comp/bonus info w/staff starting 1/25.
(I work in Employee Relations. Trying to help avoid any misinformation.)
8% of what?
Is meets 8%?
I was told 1/26
Do hourly get a bonus too or only salaried?
1/24
Bonus is paid out on 2/2 paycheck. Last day to change your 401k distribution is on 1/19. Discussions will begin the week of 22nd
If you are laid off, your manager is not allowed to communicate bonus. Just an FYI.
After the 24th before the 31st
