Way too much work to do vs number of people they have.
So many people are sitting with their hands on their a$$ and doing absolutely nothing
h1b desi's warming seats is the norm here.
Do the bare minimum, make alot of noise and do as little as possible
Due to H1b people only ford is running, i saw lot of direct people comes at 6 and take coffee, go rest room and make time-pass, and then show to supervisor once he is in at 8.30 just show him and go home by 3 pm.... if really direct people are working then Why ford hiring contracts??????
Write these on the twitter accounts on the so called boomer executives where it can get traction.

H1b desi guys are the reason you are not on the 'on call apps' .
Half of the salary employees at Ford don't have much to do. They chit chat and surf the internet all day long. Engineers hires outside vendor or contractors to do the engineering work. Those that are hired on are all from the buddy system at Ford.
It's a bad culture and a toxic environment to work in. Get out and get another job with a better company.

Why don't you have a meeting with those seat warmers and call out their negligence and laziness. Also, make sure to call them "h1b desi's seat warmers". This will fix the problem.
