Hertz HR reps and directors are not even educated in HR. They’re a lawsuit waiting to happen. One by one by one. Hertz when are you going to wake up? You need a clean slate. HR needs to 100% be replaced. Managers who are underperforming need to be let go. Who cares how long they’ve been there! The longer they’ve been there and the fact their location is underperforming is probably the very cancer causing the problems. Wake up. Why promote low performers? Never seen such a stupid plan.
