My benefits increased 5%.
Yay me.
The best part was:
My manager asked me that what I thought of the base increase
I told her that I wasn’t really happy with it.
Her response? I actually got the same increase as most people.
(So why ask if I’m happy with it?)
Gosh after reading all this, I am so glad I left Citibank
SVP, 20k bonus and 3.8% base raise.
I can tell you tgat a b12 senior aml analyst in tampa can get 95k per year…
I used to get 5-8%, while I got 0 bonus for 2023 after leaving.
But got TC*3+
Where can I find pay scales someone mentioned here on the website?
Ditto.
I believe the pay scales will be published in Workday on Feb 2nd. They are trying to be more transparent. They did a training with all managers a couple months ago
Same rating, same % increase
Altho different division
So about $650 to 900 with taxes.
Big whoop…
You will get email from HR
Sub: Access your compensation profile
It’s a pdf file
where are the pay scales published?
Where will they be published on 2/2?
- 75 with a 3/3 tells me you are probably already at the higher end of the pay scale for your role. It is time to start looking for a SVP level role.
February 2 will be the date where you can see the pay scale for where you live. They break it into 3 categories. The higher raises tend to be given to the foundational and intermediate ranges. The higher end one means you are at the high end and probably should be looking to advance.
Citi’s bonus su-ks compared to the industry but the salaries are higher.
