Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Hoy much hike did you get ?

VP tech , got around 1. 75 % (3/3)
Our bonus is negligible every year, it is $1000 to $1500.

The best part was:
My manager asked me that what I thought of the base increase

I told her that I wasn’t really happy with it.

Her response? I actually got the same increase as most people.

(So why ask if I’m happy with it?)

I believe the pay scales will be published in Workday on Feb 2nd. They are trying to be more transparent. They did a training with all managers a couple months ago

  1. 75 with a 3/3 tells me you are probably already at the higher end of the pay scale for your role. It is time to start looking for a SVP level role.

February 2 will be the date where you can see the pay scale for where you live. They break it into 3 categories. The higher raises tend to be given to the foundational and intermediate ranges. The higher end one means you are at the high end and probably should be looking to advance.
