They just let go some of the finest and brightest people that know anything with regards to cloud and AI. The schmucks left behind will certainly sc--w this company into the ground. So this is how I think it going to go down. First, they will be outsourcing more groups to third party vendors. Next, they replace Level One support with AI. After that, they sell off and hardware to another company and just fold the tent up. That will be how it ends.

at least shes left whats left of a great company (hds and not the smoke and mirrors HV) - no doubt to bluff/bs her way through her new lots teams/zoom calls on sustainability and customer service.. her calls were mind numbing to put it nicely

I guess she didn’t see it coming. It was just a matter of time before she would finally get the boot. She had a good run at being in charge of something she had no idea what the organization was did. Total incompetence.
There is no hybrid team any longer meaning no story. Desperate efforts to reinvent itself will low pay and low grade employees. As for Everlex. Highly complicated with virtually zero resources. We’re not successful with Everflex and more likely to fail now.

Following years of slashing sales and presales teams, all that's left to trim is cs&s. Sad to see a once great engineering company having nothing left in the tank other than reselling low value point solutions and bleeding the last local customers into a cluncky lease agreement, aka everflex. Won't be much longer before H* drops entirely off the magic quadrants they one lead.
