I am not hourly and my cou is always on VPN for it to function as a cou. If they implement the 5 days, they better assign us seats. Which they wont, so this is a troll. If this really happens, I'll just hire crack dude to badge swipe me, cheaper to drive 15hrs a week to the office.

Lot of trolls here. The plan is to monitor VPN access and report it to supervisors, because "if you're on your VPN, you're not in the office." No need for security guards or anything else. The plan was always this. Door badging was just a temporary metric until they could get the VPN reporting in place.
