Since we have had rain for the last 3 days my fresh manager already telling me on Wednesday to cut hours and yet they want the department to be at 100% smhhhhhh.

send everyone home. the fresh manager can handle it.
uuhh well make it 100 % if ya cant pull your weight work somewhere else. geesh it is so frustrating listening to excuses every day. I cant because.. it wont work because .. wa wa wa ... I am so tired of you guys complaining instead of finding solutions
