Is there any truth to rumors that layoffs are not done and we'll be seeing more tomorrow?

Is a PRAM a good position? Good work-life balance?
It's hard to predict. I don't remember two different sets of layoffs in one month in September, October, or November. You never know with this company. I know there is a WARN out for CA but it seems like they've already been informed a few weeks ago. I don't know for sure, that's based off of replies here. I hope we're all safe.
Does anyone know if the PRAMS (Provider Relationship Account Managers) are targeted for RIF? Specific to GBD Markets? If so, is there a target date or window?
It could literally happen on any Thursday of a non pay period week. I highly doubt the layoffs are done any time soon, unfortunately.
