Yet again I am not getting a check because payroll royally effed me over for the second pay period in a row. Everyone check your stubs check your stubs!!! I’m literally not getting paid because they messed my check up and I can’t get ahold of anyone of course because why?? It’s the ALLSTATE WAY!!!

Bullsh-t. Allstate is fu---d up, but no fu--ing way they mess up payroll. That's a major lawsuit that would stop the Wilson money train. Stock is around an all time high and this person thinks they are going to risk it all to take a few thousand from you!?!?? Ok ... I think Wilson is a joke, but no way in he-l they are stealing from paychecks. Give it a rest.

When total deductions equal gross pay, presto! There is now ZERO net pay. The employer is still required to provide a “pay check” showing each and all deductions, regardless if those total deductions caused the “pay” check to be ZERO.
If they can't get employee's pay correct or under some sort of control then how can the premium paying customers have any confidence that their insurance protection is in the best hands?
If you look at how badly this company is messing up with ASC and other nonsensical bull it is a complete dysfunction inept dumpster fire all around. Every single bit of it.
Sc--wing up employee's pay is a very slippery slope. It is quite easy to sue the pants off of them for that . In addition when payroll starts to be messed with or "errors" made that pretty much spells the beginning of the end for any company.
Seems like a major attempt at damage control is afoot because 100% the past 2 pay dates came with major errors with PTO buy payout, charitable donation deduction and tax withholding. Abysmal communication and care from senior managers. Been a rough start for Allstate employees .
The smoke and mirrors haven't worked....the stock buybacks haven't worked.....Transformative Growth hasn't worked.....paying foreigners $3.65 and hour to do the jobs hasn't worked.....so lets just sc--w our employees out of their pay through "ADP".
Like I expect the average Allstate employee to be able to understand a paystub. I think we are asking a lot.

Also call hr. They have long hold times but a callback option that works.
Choice benefits credit us also not being added as income. Your income is clear on top as rate times hours. Nothing more

I love watching this sh*t show in all regards. They send the payroll to Patel and they wonder why it is a mess.

The ADP process is working as designed, hence clear the task.
My paycheck is STILL wrong—same issue as last time. ADP is adding “Choice $ credit for benefits” as GROSS INCOME instead of deducting from total benefit costs. This is illegitimately and falsely increasing my gross salary and taxable income. Secondly, many people, including me, received an email notification that ADP also sc--wed up LEGAL withholding taken on W-4’s, so are being overtaxed on wages. No employer has a legal right to withhold more taxes than legally required. They must comply with either 1) the signed W4 OR 2) IRS letter specifying a different amount.

Those trying to snooker on their deductions are the ones being impacted. ADT's system are catching it.
They’re deducted my taxes twice, they did this to me the last check and now this check. This is pathetic especially the fact I can’t get ahold of anyone.
We’ve been told ADP, the new company handling payroll sc--wed up tax withholdings and some people are getting deducted for the wrong amount of taxes withheld 2 weeks ago.
