Not sure why they are waiting to tell us our fate instead of just releasing it via email

Releasing it via email is probably a better fit for this management team. Remember that this is the same group who forced people to WFH for a week while they performed layoff notifications so that they didn't have to do it face to face.
They are coming via e-mail, because they will accompany your Layoff or Termination notice.😢🫂
Tell them to f off and give the bonuses to the ir boomer executives
I personally like them to tell me in 1:1. I can see how they performed/lie in my face. It is much easier for them to lie by email.
