Yeah. I'm doing more than the bare minimum (as someone said on another thread), but I'm not yet making time for the mandatory Fair Play training. :-)
I also think that it's wise to look for a job and try to time the move for after layoffs so that the severance makes for a nice bonus. And so that, if you survive the layoff, you still have choices and can influence your fate.
At least 95% of employees won’t need to worry about this. That’s the good news. The bad news is no one knows if they’re in that <5%.
