Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

What the F am I doing?

I have so much experience, but I had to deal with my husband dying and dealing with his sickness of cancer for so many years and I’m finally getting back to realizing the world and where I am!

Wells Fargo served me good for about 15 years I think and then it all went downhill. Things were good, but then my husband got sick and I got in the minutia of taking care of him but now I’m know, the whole of this bank, and it’s just not good. It just actually makes me sick to the core.

I’m getting back to making myself whole and I am home now after 2 surgeries, realizing the morale, and they just want to make us feel like we’re less than hard workers! It’s just sad. :(

All the dead wood is in management because they can easily take credit for all the actual work done by their directs. If you are an individual contributor, your work speaks for itself and you cant ride on the back of someone else.

The last person who said he has “so much experience” was a dead wood guy pulling in a big salary and doing nothing for years here was quickly forced out

One thing about modern wells is it does a decent job of getting rid of those type of low performers

Best of luck to you
