Legg’s Town Hall Schedule

Legg was very strategic with his town hall scheduled early in the week. Reminds me of the Employee Engagement Survey timeframe last year.

They care more about how many people went than the questions which isn't surprising.

If you didn't attend, you got an email to fill out a survey as to why you didn't go. Best to just ignore that one also and see if they send you a link to a survey as to why you didn't fill out the first survey.

OP apparently thinks that it was sneaky have a townhall to announce wave 2/3 memos, the reason behind it, the exact schedule, taking hard questions from anonymous people

Leg town hall provided same vague dates as wave 2 letters. What was the reason behind this duplicate communication? They sent link to ppt presentation after townhall. No need for another junk mail.

Apparently it would have been better if we just got letters at random and then had a townhall. um, ok.

They probably won’t send the eNPS survey to those who must force relocate. If you get it please be truthful about your feedback and don’t fear retaliation. At least this time they can’t brag how great the results were. But you know Jeremy will find a way to milk it one way or another. The man has no shame.

He's saying to respond with an "F You" using the middle finger of each hand (so 2 middle fingers)

Sneaky snake. But remember - when company shows you a finger, respond with your two middle fingers.
