The BOD of WF is a joke! What did CS accomplish in 2023 that justifies a huge raise? CS should be fired long ago!

Questions for Scharf at next Town Hall (anonymously, unless some are brave enough to provide names):

  • Charlie, what did you do in 2023 to deserve such a massive bonus? Asset cap still in place, employee morale at all-time low, etc. What rating on 5-scale would you give yourself?
  • Charlie, why are employees losing their jobs and careers, yet you don't even take a pay cut? Aren't CEOs supposed to tighten their belts when they ask employees to do the same?
  • Charlie, why did you say you weren't familiar with "hub strategy", when that very strategy is being rolled out for weeks by your direct reports, negatively affecting employees' lives? How could someone worthy of such high compensation not be aware of what's going on in his company and among his leadership? Or were you actually aware and purposely misleading your employees?

All of you, those for Scharf and those against Scharf, are suffering from that new disease, SDS, Scharf Derangement Syndrome! Do you all realize just how ridiculously childish you appear to be?

Please cease and desist, if no other reason than to stop wasting your time with useless, meaningless drivel. Get a hobby, read a book, adopt a pet just take a break. It may help you feel better.

"Has cut and will continue to cut the extremely bloated WF headcount."

Aren't the actual decisions on who to cut outsourced so the bank can claim it wasn't discriminatory? I'm pretty sure I could hire a vendor to do that.

"Has closed many obsolete and non-performing local bank branches."

Anyone with half a brain could do that. I'm willing to do it for <10% of what he's getting paid.

"Has invigorated the process of identifying the many properties/locations that are negatively affecting the bottom line and consolidating/closing many of them as appropriate."

Again, I'm willing to do this for a fraction of what he's getting paid.

Wow, he has three accomplishments in 4 years? I would have been fired for non-performance within 2 years if that's what my annual review encompassed.

Oh looky…Its appears WF has some PR people monitoring this board to try and justify Charlie’s $29 million salary. Isn’t that just precious?!?

You’re not very good at your job, though. Wake me up when you’ve even slightly swayed anyone.

"What has he done to deserve a raise like that? The man should be put on a PIP".

Has cut and will continue to cut the extremely bloated WF headcount.

Has closed many obsolete and non-performing local bank branches.

Has invigorated the process of identifying the many properties/locations that are negatively affecting the bottom line and consolidating/closing many of them as appropriate.

The list goes on with BOD approval and has cemented his position for a long time to come.

Deal with it!

Telling other people to fire 12,000 employees is apparently I highly sought after skill.
