You are just wasting your time there. Just find a better job and quit as soon as you can.
Unless you have worked for nearly 20yrs the greedy pigs wont give you 4months
If you consider this a place where careers go to die, why would you wait for a 4 month severance? You are going to ruin your career to get 4 months? Find another job and leave. Maybe you will get lucky with the timing and a severance package will arise, but it should not be a factor in your decision.
