I searched WARN notices for New York. How come citi isNT listed on there?

If citi was listed on the warn website, then those who are getting laid off wouldn’t be getting paid for 60-90 additional days

It’s simple - they lay you off first, then file the warn notice after. You are still employed for 90 days so it’s a work around that all big companies do to circumvent giving actual notice.
