HC10 vs HVEC

Isn’t it interesting that we get called “high cost” but we don’t call other places “low cost”

High value engineering center rather than low cost engineering center?

Why all the carefully chosen words for HVEC but not for HC10?

High Quality H10 and repeat do over Low Quality Low Cost! You can't get around the old saying "you get what you pay for"!

It is all "Marketing".

High-Value Engineering Center sounds much better than Low-Cost Engineering Center.

HC10 is a carefully chosen word. It implies that we need to reduce costs in the ten High-Cost countries. No need to create a marketing term for "Low-Cost" countries.
