With earnings release this Friday, curious on any comments of potential surprise announcements. Anyone willing to share?

Why do you care? The CIP will be low and the structure is going to be low regardless, company performance in either direction only translates to "Do better", "Employees do nor deserve raise, or bonuses" and any reward to them [working bee] should be zero or at bare minimum.
Check the insider SEC fillings.
Nothing to indicate executives are in panic mode. So guess numbers are going to be OK.
We are all hoping to Do Better this quarter.
Earnings are down because too many office workers worked from home.
I guess not.
