Like someone in another thread said, and then linked to, this company was a such a joke when it comes to reporting any kind of problem, but especially an ethics issue.

That the “anonymous” ethics hotline was used to identify an employee making a legitimate claim, then known wing it was a legitimate claim, the company protected the person in leadership who used one of our charity programs as her personal Tinder. Then they retaliated against the whistleblower and ruined their career. Then they got caught, sued, and lost big time.

What does our “no retaliation workplace” do? Double down to the point where even the appellate judge gave a scathing opinion of our company.

What a disgrace we’ve become.

So true. Any avenue within the company is set up to dead end you in any reporting. They set it up that way to keep you from going public.

If any Facilities Engineers were impacted by the layoff in Palmdale, CA we have two great opportunities available for Mechanical and Electrical Engineers at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, CA. Here is the link to apply for these positions: https://phh.tbe.taleo.net/phh04/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=ANAMECH&cws=37&rid=727

I know of a manager in Valley Forge who ought to be on the short list. Guy single-handedly cost us at least 3 proposal wins directly due to his incompetence and arrogance to the point where BUS OPS has their own “no fly” for this guy with certain customers.

This is the only company I’ve ever seen where you can lose the company money due to poor performance and retain your job

I sure hope four of the two hundred that gets layed off in Fort Worth are specially the two HR people and two Hiring managers that openly discriminated and disrespected me during a in-person interview with them, while I sat across the table from them. Karma is well deserved to the two Hiring managers who openly talked down about me while they both thought I could not hear them talking. You two bozos are a class act. NOT!

The 200 in Ft Worth should include the two most useless Departments at LMT. HR and Ethics Departments. Ever try filing a ethics complaint. Or talking to HR about an abusive manager you work for. Good luck with that.
