Cost of living and cost of labor go hand in hand....Don't twist things to meet your narrative.”
Who are you talking to ? They actually don’t, the only one twisting anything here is you. Maybe do some research before you post.

Dallas was moved to N3 because that's where most of the leaders are located. Don't think for a minute that's not on purpose.
Dum Dum post of the day:
“ Don’t worry though with Biden opening the border wide open and flooding America with low cost labor, it’ll only help. SMH”
Please don’t shake your head, you’ll break what few brain cells that remain.
report location in expensive geozone…rto locally…winning
It’s based upon price of labor in an area. Not the cost of living.

Telecommuters are being brought down to N1 because it’s more economical to work from home. Those who WFH two days a week will go down on those two days.
I thought this was to be effective 3/1?
GeoZones are not based on cost of living, they are based on cost of labor. This is why Miami will not be N3 anytime soon even though its more expensive than Atlanta, Dallas or NC.
Easy fix, relocate to Dallas, there a plenty employees retiring and not moving so, now is your opportunity.
Laughing at the previous comment. Almost every single nonbargained for employee would agree to N1 if they were able to be a permanent remote worker.
Soon all will be reclassed as an N1 if you don’t show up the local office at least 5 days a week, no matter where you live. All remote staff who refuse to RTO will be paid less as another way to squeeze them out of the business.
Raleigh Durham Rtp should be an N3 the cost of housing here is insane.
Dallas was changed to an N3 market.
Happy for the Dallas folks, stinks for those in California stuck with N3 and Atlanta stuck at N2, when both places are a lot more expensive than Dallas.
Mo money, mo problems.
