They just caught up on the service awards skipped last year. I was pleasantly surprised when I got mine.
All recognition programs were "paused" at the end of 2022, including GRA/DRA, spontaneous recognition, milestone service awards (5yr, 10yr, 20yr, etc.), retirement gifts and retirement parties.
The beatings will continue...
