Because we work for a stupid company this is why!

Other companies sales are treated like gods.
In Dell we have to fight more and more every quarter.
Why is sales, marketing and HR always hit so hard in layoffs? Specifically sales. I'm in Cyber but the last 5 years I've been here every single layoff period has been almost predominantly sales.
