39 days per quarter
If you go remote you give up your right to get promoted or move internally.
Email coming in Monday
MD stepping down too
Layoffs to continue every quarter
its clear the RTO push that Dell has done on its employees is another move or soft layoff to get them to quit or is certainly step one in marginalizing their sales force. What is unfortunate is a large percentage of these employees were remote pre-covid but are being made to RTO. I believe this is coming from perhaps WEF/WHO (world economic forum, world health etc)
No, there was no email. I am not saying this isn't a plan, just saying their is no email and this person is stirring sh1t.
" If you are above a certain pay grade you don’t even have the option to stay remote but they won’t pay relocation either."
I didn't read that part. It read to me like you can't get promoted to that pay grade. Didn't say anything about folks already at that pay grade. What are we supposed to do, choose hybrid and just never come in?
If you go remote.. You give up right to get promoted or apply for internal jobs. I am sure it's illegal. But whose going to stand up to goons.
Shut up, Slave!
That’s 3 days a week and only if you select hybrid. If you are above a certain pay grade you don’t even have the option to stay remote but they won’t pay relocation either. It doesn’t even matter if you were hired remote. Basically doing what everyone else is doing and decreasing layoff costs by getting people to quit.
Clearly posted by a whiney little baby that has already been forced to be back in the office for 5 days a week because his management su-ks.
i saw the email which will be communicated on Monday, it stated 39 days per Q.
That’s cap
Doubt it, there isn't room in RR after selling some of the buildings.
That’s not what it says, earlier post has the correct details - 39 days per Q.
