As a FT order writer, I use my vehicle. .60 a mile. My SR has a company car. She says that I make more than her?

Any SR who is claiming that a FTOW makes more than they do is out of their mind. Do the math on salary and bonus. Then incorporate the FTOW's car payments, gas, maintenance, new tires, oil changes, etc. On top of that, add into the equation that the FTOW has buy a new car every few years due to the excessive mileage and wear & tear, essentially never being rid of a car payment. To make it worse, look at the price of used cars these days, nevermind new cars.
The SR's pay for none of that except a small amount that comes out of their paycheck every 2 weeks to balance out the fleet lease
Why people seem to think it’s a “free car” is mind boggling! Money gets taken out every two weeks, you are paying their lease rates! Yep, those without company cars do make more! When they say “free company car” and charge you for it, people ought to push back!
It’s not false info; I literally saw the job posting and only clicked on it bc I was alarmed to see $93,000.
Now whether that was a bait and switch tactic is another story.
I know we have some SR that have been here 30+ years. I would think some of those are making 100k+ with all of the pay raises from the Kraft years.
The DM doesn't even make 90k a year. What are you talking about. I'd post my paystub if I could to show you.
Don't worry everyone. I'm sure we will get a sweet 2% raise this year! $$
Calling bs on wages in Texas , everyone know salary and wage per hour are lower in Texas , just go on indeed to fact check , why do you post false info..
Oh really? Because in Texas they are hiring a sales rep and are advertising it starts at 78,000-93,000.
It’s crazy coming across this thread. Mondelez has taken me for a run since mission one and I’m so tired of them as a company only catering to those above ftow. Having to do twice the work for the same pay is ridiculous and the bonuses are a joke at this point.
I live in Upstate NY and make $21/hr as a SR. Absolutely pathetic! They wouldn't even give me a pay increase because they said I didn't meet the objective despite receiving many accolades throughout the year. F**K THEM !
The bonus structure is a joke. They make it out of reach so they don't have to payout.
Indeed.com, lol
I made 62 thousand this past year and 67 thousand the year before
Mission 1 was about a 5 thousand dollar pay cut
Mostly from little to no bonuses in 2023
Hahahhaha not only do not make $90,000 a year we damn sure didn’t get a 10,000 raise. We are doing the same job we were doing before mission, with less help and more responsibility. We were told to be thankful to keep our jobs.
Total joke…$90k..hahahahaha! Not even close! I also agree, I wouldn’t take $190k to work for them!! I left too, absolutely worth it! No price you can put on your dignity! Bunch of pigs!
The abuse you get working at that company is not worth twice what they pay. Most quality workers left years ago and by the time I left a few years ago fellow employees were a lot lower quality along with upper management. Why would someone who works hard and cares want to work for a company that doesn't care and have unqualified suppervisors and co-workers.
So I was a Rep up until mission one in April and was at $24.04 an hour after 17 years with the company. Even with max bonus I can promise you no Rep is hitting 90k. Now back in the old days there was no cap on bonus so if you delivered more than 110% you would continue to get more, even back then no Rep was touching 90k. RMS and DM’s aren’t touching 90k.
Mission one is an absolute train wreck and senior management refuses to accept that the completely destroyed our business model.
Lol I've been a rep for 20 years and don't make anything near 90k. Maybe that's what they make in California or New York but definitely not where I live.
Nah she lied to you. Reps make like 90,000 a year while you have to buy new tires and oil changes with your $17 an hour. You’re getting hosed.
And oh btw the reps all got raises last April if they didn’t lose their jobs so it’s probably closer to 100,000
100%!!! Move on! When you need new tires, or more frequent maintenance because you are driving all over the place, you will see exactly how much they don’t care.
You are in a dead end job! No potential for advancement and before too long, they will completely eliminate your role!
Find a better job. This ain’t worth the wear and tear on your car. This company doesn’t give a flying f about you. All they see is numbers
As a former SR I made 21 an hour. The job is horribly underpaid. The car and PTO was the only thing that kept me around as long as I did.
Yup. As a rep (former now) my FTOW made a few hundred more than I did because of mileage. Granted, we didn't pay for fuel and could go virtually anywhere off of the clock. But when mileage and the pay went up last year, we weren't compensated.
There is zero future for ya at mondelez, and the same goes for the rep! Focus on that, not who makes more than the other! You will both be gone soon and until you are, they will beat you down and make you miserable.
