going to ER is like going to epstein to complain about human trafiking
Believe it or not, straight to jail
Main goal of ER function is to collect as much documentation from you as possible, and then spend rest of the time building a case against you with HR and setting up pieces to take you down. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
They can all go, the harassment, bullying and retaliation that they allow to go unpunished. What’s their purpose ?
I know there were changes coming to People Solutions. Not sure when that was hitting.
Hope so. Along with HR. They do nothing for us.
