This is incorrect. ANYONE who is not required to be classified as an onsite employee can elect to be full-time remote however, you will not be eligible for ANY promotions. In addition, you will be flagged for the next WFR. That part is not public knowledge but, was sent to certain levels of Management in emails. The default for EVERYONE inside (that was allowed to before) is Hybrid with that one time option to select remote.
