Why do so many people want to leave lock box. What is up?

Most banks are getting rid of lockbox. A while back US Bank sold lockbox and I think they got some of it back with the UnionBank acquisition.
If management treated staff like humans, some of them wouldn’t go.
That sentence about RTO was just me sharing my observations from my department. You make a good point about the pay however.
RTO has nothing to do with lockbox, they’ve been onsite since day 1. But it probably has something to do with pay and the management out there
I can't speak to the Portland lockbox circumstances. But if it is anything like the rest of the bank, they are dealing with archaic systems, working excessive hours, and their work is certainly not appreciated. The morale at US Bank is the lowest of all the banks I have worked at, and this predates the RTO announcement. I don't blame them for wanting to leave.
