Intel stock will go back down to $3 same as AMD decade ago before it went fabless and success. It is just a matter of time when AMD moving forward and Intel moving backward.

Intel’s culture.
We’re the best! We’ll come back just you wait! Just look at our former glory. Our company is ‘important’. We’ve always been on top.

The delusion is Epyc.
People still think it’s 1999.

After AMD became fabless company, it's stock has been rising from $3 until around $170 this time and project to rise above $200 at the end of this year or next year 😀. Do you think Intel will rise or fall if going fabless?

FYI, it's like 3 buck chuck now, because of the super complex inflation data that doesn't make it to the feds inflation rate formula.

AMD might make $40B a year 10 years from now.

25 years of dead money.
Why would anyone invest in Intel?

I think it is still overvalued.
Much of its value is expectations due to Intel's history, many thinking intel is just in a slump but will return to glory.
I think it's going to be a downhill slide. I already sold all my intel stock and making guaranteed 5.25% fixed interest.
That is more than I made from the intel stock I bought 20 years ago.

Intel is shrinking, not growing.
Why would they get valued like the competition which is growing.

If (when) IFS fails, this is way overvalued.

June 2000 price of $74.88 is accounting for the split.

INTC is not a value stock, it's a value trap. At least the dividend was good for a while, but Pat saw to that.

You leave out the convenient fact they went from 80b to barely 55b in revenue. All of their competitors have had great increases in revenue and market share.

Your June 1st 2000 comment is a bit silly, considering the stock split after that.

AMD is kicking Intel’s A$s in server.
The EPYC beatdown will continue unabated for several years.

Prepare for similar beatdowns in laptop and desktop client starting in late 2024 and onwards.

Intel INTC, -1.75% beat expectations in its most recent earnings report, but provided guidance that was well-short of expectations. The stock sold off as investors tried to understand why the guidance was so soft. With all the hype over artificial intelligence and improvement in operations at Intel, why wasn’t the company’s result more robust, and the guidance more optimistic?
