Will the bonus be affected if staying remote? And merit increases ?

We had our team meeting yesterday and according to my manager, bonus's and merit increases are not affected if you are remote or not. HOWEVER, if you and another person are in the same role, and do equally good work, but you are remote, they are supposed to give the hybrid worker more money than you.

ZERO promotions including Merit Raises. It is plainly laid out in the emails. In addition, you will be flagged for WFR.
Assume that you performe equally with your teammates who go into the office: would your boss see them as more productive than you?
If you feel like you'd get less bonus than someone who is in the office, then you need someone who can vouch for your work.
