Thoughts on the latest Skills testing and assessments for all roles in IT? Helpful? A trap? An opportunity to grow in the right direction? Data for future reorg / layoffs? Also wanting to hear from people in higher PSG that have been around for a while.

These assessments are always a trap - they can be manipulated any way you want, and then used to set up the layoffs.
The assessment results will make it easy to rank everyone according to their skill level, from top to bottom.
Basically to ascertain the weak ones in skills and relate that to those not coming into office. That sets the tone for how many employees are replaced by MSP resources.
