These assessments are always a trap - they can be manipulated any way you want, and then used to set up the layoffs.

The assessment results will make it easy to rank everyone according to their skill level, from top to bottom.

Basically to ascertain the weak ones in skills and relate that to those not coming into office. That sets the tone for how many employees are replaced by MSP resources.
