Dell doesn’t care what web sites you visit because the entire “Symantec proxy policy”, is shaped for acceptable traffic. Nobody cares if you tried an inappropriate site and were blocked.
Working in the department that has access to see what everyone is browsing to, all I can say is unless management (usually a VP or Senior Director) comes to us and asks for a users history, we don't actively look at or monitor what you do. Basically, if you are doing your job as normal and aren't violating policies, your browsing history isn't ever checked. We have better things to do than scrutinize 130 thousand employees browsing data lol.
Whether dell has time and resource to check people is not the point .
IF dell wants, it CAN get your info. This website is not truly anonymous.

One clue, check if the ads on this website are relevant to your searches in the past.
It doesnt mean Dell will come after each commentator, it only means -dont be naive to believe anything is anonymous in this day and age.

Sounds like the HR trolls are overwhelmed with grief because they can no longer defend the toxic dump. Dell has the worst reputation in the industry right now. Mistreating of it's workers, legacy technology that is garbage, and a rotting culture.
