The UAW deserves a larger amount. They have actually contributed to Ford profits, rather than toss money in the toilet like DF and the Model E team.

The UAW getting a larger amount then GSRs is cr-p.
84%
“Ford Motor Co. said Tuesday it will pay profit-sharing bonuses on average of $10,400 to hourly autoworkers in the United States for 2023.” That is higher than my target and certainly higher then the “90% is the new 100%””
I remember sometime between 2005-2010 there was an uproar when hourly got a much bigger bonus than salary. So salary bonus was adjusted up. Dont panic, see what happens.
Don’t forget, salary employees are non-represented so we are at the mercy of the Greedy pigs. We have nobody to protect us or fight for what’s fair. So I would not be surprised if we get next to nothing. Hope I’m wrong, but will be very surprised if I am.
More than double the dividend!!! Rewarding shareholders
Employees should get double the bonus.
It would be unfair to reward shareholders while penalizing employees.
Ford absolutely has to pay a dividend in order to keep investors. That said, here's some good advice - don't invest in a swimming pool before you have your bonus in hand or you may find yourself trying to pay for it with a membership in a Jelly of the Month Club. GSR's can't trust the bonus policy because once a target was established, they changed everything else, like forced ranking people and making the new 100 percent something like 90 percent or less. Basically you'll get what you get, if anything.
The company took care of UAW employees. I hope they’re planning on taking care of salary employees too.
Ford is paying a special 18 cent dividend on top of the regular dividend on a float of 3.9 B shares. Meanwhile bonus percentage is being talked down.
