Any news of more cuts or do we think that is it?

How do you save money?

Less employees.

How do you save even more money?

Layoffs without severance packages, how do you do this?

Create a policy that will cause a lot of workforce reduction either by termination or voluntary separation, hence we have the new RTO policy.

Dell is constantly cutting, it really never stops. The only thing you can be sure of is death, taxes, and Dell layoffs. Fear mongering is built into the culture and DNA at Dell, layoffs at the end of every half will be a permanent thing for the next 10+ years. My advice to everyone, start working on your resumes and use the company time to look for a better position outside of Dell. Trust me RTO is only the start, it's going to get a lot worse with AI.
