Manager told me that in anticipation of a volatile year ahead, CAMP was doing layoffs all over the wing, and I was one of them. They did the whole song and dance with severance pay and so forth. HR Lady confirmed that it was an RIF. Columbus OH, been here 9 months

When will people learn, HR is not there for you, their job is to protect company interests. You complain about anyone they deem valuable and you will be on chopping block, I've seen it happen many times. Unless you are irreplaceable yourself, do not log any complaints to HR.
Was anyone else on your team get RIFd? I’m in CAMP as well, but didn’t hear of anyone on my teams getting RIFd…9 mos just isn’t fair…im sorry about that. Make sure to reach out to other teams within CAMP, i know a lot are hiring

And the news were saying other banks are laying off but we are doing fine here… I always knew that’s bull
