Thanks to executives and VPs who have no clue on how to run an organization or team. Leaders only look out for themselves and play politics instead of thinking about the organization. At the end of the day, no one knows what to do and push random strategies and plans down the teams throats and change direction every month or two. Nothing but exhausting. A new leadership every two to three years and they change things and before it trickles down to the teams there are changes already. Someone has to do something. Some technology leaders have personal connections with offshore teams and they want to bring them in and replace everyone. Very sad to see this playing out.

Med surge ELT needs to be held responsible. They call the shots. The president needs to terminated. He demoted the CFO to VP of sales. Who does that? There gunning for all the old school tenured reps that are still 100% commission that are being in 400k+ and hiring salary reps for a fraction. Greedy company that only cares about the share holder and there pocket books

Top heavy Mckesson should definitely look into having leaders with clear vision. Heavy profits one year then down next year. What happens when Average out is not worked well by CFO year after year. No ownership and time to treat employees as assets if the company needs to stay on top.

McKesson Med Surg and CoverMyMeds just announced major layoffs and "forced retirement" for employees over 55 who have worked there for 10 years or more. It's a horrible company and incredibly greedy. The had a revenue increase of 12% for this fiscal year but it wasn't enough... says the ceo who earned over $20M in 2023.

Maybe they should look at removing some VP and directors. Have directors who are really project managers, directors reporting to directors, directors with few direct reports and directors who have medical degrees who barely work.

I'm a part of SCRI - the division that took over US Oncology Research. I'm hearing more chatter by the day of layoffs and I'm increasingly concerned. They lost one of their biggest customers so this doesn't shock me. Leadership keeps saying they will have a tight budget this year and will be keeping things lean. I feel it's coming soon. I hope I'm wrong.

I was laid off, I work for Ontada.
They just laid off 47 of us, very cold and calculated. We are required to work for 2 weeks and our Managers have not addressed up directly. Just continue to host meetings without us and ignore our emails. #Shameful
