My bet is that layoffs are trickling down in the coming weeks but, Dell knows they will have a percentage of employees who quit after the RTO mandate so, just make sure you don't microwave your poptarts and you should be ok

Layoffs are a continual thing. They expect attrition from RTO and will adjust headcount accordingly to match goals.
