UK rep looking at how to unionise

I've heard that some staff within UK businesses are increasingly discussing the idea of unionizing the workplace. Unsure how widespread or organized these discussions are but if true this would be a huge own goal for the company. They'll have another Germany on their hands where it's virtually impossible to make any changes without consultation and agreement with the workforce

Godspeed to UK&I...

Do or dye [sic]... Hope they can find an executive that can back them.

That's the point, Dell UK is not a unionized workplace and they are not exempt. The post is saying the Dell UK employees are looking to change that.

Nonsense. I work in Spain which is unionized. Plenty of work gets done, and we are protected from EvilCorp. Net result is Spain is currently exempt from this RTO farce
