Past Paystubs

I have been trying to get my past paystubs (you know the ones before WorkDay) since the end of December. I’ve received two incident numbers and no results. Any suggestions on how I can get these quickly?

they are id--ts. I had to call more than a dozen times and literally spent hours on the phone. I finally got my paystubs, but it was a lot of incompetence I had to get through.

The only option is to call again and make sure your request is accurate and documented correctly in the open cases and then ask them to escalate and the estimated time to complete. You can also call Colleague Relations to open a case to ask them to escalate within HRSS since it is taking so long. I had a similar issue and when I escalated through Colleague Relations I learned that the HR Service Center captured my request wrong twice. They put that I wanted all paystubs from my date of hire when I actually only asked for the last few pay stubs and future paystubs be mailed to me!
